Electrical
NIC EIC electrical installation and maintenance, including complete re-wires, PIR reports and lighting swap outs.

Plastering
Internal plastering, two to three coat systems, plaster boarding and external rendering, etc.

Bricklaying
All types of brickwork and block work, including ornamental work.

Carpentry and joinery
All types of woodwork and carpentry, such as first fix, second fix and cut roofs.

Stainless steel fabrication
All types of stainless steel work undertaken, such as kitchen equipment, kitchen units, shelving and mobile units.

Ceramic tiling
Complete service - domestic and commercial – both wall and floor tiling.

Cladding
All types of cladding work for soffits, guttering, downpipes and PVC fascia (includes polycarbonate cladding.)

UPVC windows, Conservatories Cladding
All types of cladding work for soffits, guttering, downpipes and PVC fascia (includes polycarbonate cladding.) double glazed windows replacement units.

Plumbing and heating
Complete or part systems installed. Maintenance work, including industrial boiler maintenance and lead work.

Flooring
Experience with every aspect of flooring, from preparation and screeding to carpet fitting and ceramic floor tiling. Our team is also skilled in fitting vinyl, parquet, oak strip and altro floors.

Suspended ceilings
New systems installed including open cell ceilings, ceiling tile swap outs and metal ceilings. We can also install Armstrong systems and conduct general ceiling maintenance.

Roofing
We cover all areas, including flat roofing, valley gutters and pitched roofing. We are experienced in slating, felting and rooflight replacement and can carry out completely new work or upkeep and maintenance.

Partitioning
Installation of all types of partitioning including demountable, folding/sliding, frameless and glazed.

Ground works
Foundations, drainage, under pinning – you name it; we do it.

Demolition
All types of contracts undertaken.

Painting and decorating
Stylish finishes by skilled decorators, includes paper hanging, rag rolling, varnishing etc.

Dry lining
Taping, jointing, tacking, finishing, metaling, sticking (dotting and dabbing) insulating and plastering work undertaken, depending on requirements, for a high quality finish.
